Will Elon Musk speak at Trump's Pennsylvania rally Saturday?

Donald Trump has scheduled a rally on October 5 in Butler, Pennsylvania (see: https://event.donaldjtrump.com/events/president-donald-j-trump-to-return-to-butler-pa). This market will resolve to "Yes" if Elon Musk gives a speech at the rally, on October 5, 2024. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". If the event is cancelled or delayed beyond October 5, this market will resolve to "No". A speech is defined as Musk speaking with a microphone on stage for 30 seconds or more. Simply attending the rally without delivering a speech will not count. The resolution source will be the video of the event.
