This market will resolve to "Yes" if Andrej Karpathy publicly announces that he has or intends to join a company that Elon Musk leads or holds a significant ownership stake in by August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". The market will resolve based on a direct public announcement by Andrej Karpathy, such as a post on his verified social media; however, in the absence of a qualifying announcement, a consensus of credible reporting will also suffice.
