U.S. announces resumption of direct flights to Russia before May?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the U.S. government, including the Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, or the White House, announces the resumption of any direct commercial passenger flights from the United States to Russia by April 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Any qualifying policy officially announced within this market's timeframe will qualify, regardless of when the changes take effect. The resolution source will be official U.S. government statements however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
