Supreme Court unblocks Alien Enemies Act?

The Trump Administration asked the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) to lift Judge James Boasberg order blocking the use of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 for recent controversial deportations. You can read more about that here: https://www.npr.org/2025/03/28/nx-s1-5343611/trump-appeals-alien-enemies-act-scotus This market will resolve to "Yes" if SCOTUS lifts this order by June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The block will be considered lifted if SCOTUS takes any action regarding the Boasberg order that permits deportations to resume under the Alien Enemies Act. If this order is lifted by other means, or SCOTUS declines to act, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the US Government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
