Will Zelensky say "money" 5 or more times during his UN address?

It is likely Volodymyr Zelensky will speak at an address during the General Assembly High-level Week 2024 (September 24-28). This market will resolve to "Yes" if Zelensky says "money" 5 or more times during their first speech delivered at this event. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". Only an address delivered to the UN General Assembly will count toward the resolution of this market. Any usage of the word regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the word will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. Compound words will count as long as "money" is part of the compound word and references the meaning which refers to something generally accepted as a medium of exchange, a measure of value, or a means of payment. If this candidate does not appear at this event, or if the event is otherwise cancelled or delayed beyond September 30, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source will be the official video and/or transcript of the speech.
