This market will resolve to "Yes" if, by June 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, X implements a fee for new U.S. users to create an account or to access any of the following four functionalities: posting, liking, bookmarking, or replying. Fees include implemented required payments for any of these activities, effective for the majority of non-blue checkmark new U.S. users by the market's deadline. The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting that fees have been implemented and are actively in effect.
