Will Walmart buy Vizio in February?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is announced that Vizio will be, has been, or is being bought by Walmart by February 29, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purposes of this market, an announcement by Walmart and/or Vizio is enough to trigger a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the announced purchase actually occurs. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Walmart or Vizio, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
