Will Vince Fong win CA-20 Special Election?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Vince Fong wins the 2024 special election for California's 20th Congressional District to replace former Representative Kevin McCarthy. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". In the event of a runoff, this market's resolution will be based on the runoff's outcome. If this candidate does not qualify for the potential runoff, this market will immediately resolve to “No.” The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the State of California, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
