Will Ukraine win Eurovision 2023?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Ukrainian candidate for Eurovision 2023 (presently TVORCHI) wins. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If at any point it can be definitively determined that it is impossible for the Ukrainian candidate for Eurovision 2023 to win, this market will immediately resolve to "No". If no winner is announced by July 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Eurovision (https://eurovision.tv/), including live footage of Eurovision 2023, however a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.
