Will TWTR be delisted from the NYSE by July 31?

Twitter, Inc. recently accepted an offer made by Elon Musk to purchase the company. Musk's stated intention is to take Twitter private. If or when this transaction finalizes, Twitter stock will no longer be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Twitter (TWTR) is delisted from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) by July 31, 2022, 4 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Announcements that TWTR will be delisted will not suffice; the delisting of TWTR must be in effect by the resolution date. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the NYSE (e.g. https://www.nyse.com/quote/XNYS:TWTR/QUOTE, https://twitter.com/NYSE, etc.), however other credible reporting may be used.
