Will Trump invoke Alien Enemies Act for deportations to Guantanamo?

On March 13, it was reported that Donald Trump intended to use the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport illegal immigrants to Guantanamo Bay. You can read more about that here: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-alien-enemies-act-1798-deportations-guantanamo/ This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump invokes the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 as a legal basis for any deportations to Guantanamo Bay by March 31, 2025 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Qualifying deportations do not need to be carried out within this market's timeframe, only initiated using this act as the legal basis for the action. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the US government and Donald Trump, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
