Will the US Senate pass the Build Back Better Act by January 9?

This is a market on whether the U.S. Senate will pass the Build Back Better Act (H.R.5376) by January 9, 2022, 11:59:59 pm ET. This market will resolve to “Yes”, if H.R.5376 has “Passed Senate” before the resolution date, on the resolution source https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/5376. Credible news reports which state that the bill has passed the senate and that the vote is complete will also sufficient. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No." Note, that the vote on this act must be finalized and closed ("gaveled") before midnight on the resolution date. Any ongoing vote that is not yet closed will be a "No" expiration. --------------- This bill has passed the House on November 19th 2021 and is commonly referred to as the Build Back Better Act. According to Congressional Research Service, this bill provides funding, establishes programs, and otherwise modifies provisions relating to a broad array of areas, including education, labor, child care, health care, taxes, immigration, and the environment.
