Will the $SAFE market cap be between $3-4b one week after launch?

Safe, previously known as Gnosis Safe, secures over $100 billion in assets and is set to potentially make its token transferable as soon as April 23 (see https://forum.safe.global/t/draft-unpause-safe-token-contract-enabling-transferability/4892). This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of the Safe token is between $3,000,000,000 (inclusive) and $4,000,000,000 (exclusive) 1 week after its token is transferable. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No." If the Safe token isn't transferable by December 31, 2024, 11:59:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No." This market will resolve according to the Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) metric of Safe 168 hours after the token is tradable according to CoinGecko (https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/safe).
