Will the Russian Ruble (RUB) fall below $0.005 by March 25?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the dollar price / exchange rate of one Russian Ruble (RUB) falls below $0.00500 at any time between February 28, 2022, and the resolution time of March 25, 2022, 11:59:59 PM ET, and “No” otherwise. The primary resolution source for this market will be foreign exchange platform XE: https://www.xe.com/currencycharts/?from=RUB&to=USD&view=1D If the primary resolution source is unavailable at resolution time, the resolution source will be checked at noon every day for the following three days, from March 26 until March 28, after which if it remains unavailable other credible reporting may be used. This market will resolve on midmarket prices with a 10-min resolution, however the "low" price for the time period of this market (February 28, 2022 - March 25, 2022) will be sufficient.
