Will the Port of Baltimore reopen in May?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Port of Baltimore officially reopens at any point between May 1, 2024, 12:00 AM ET and May 31, 2024 11:59 PM ET. For the purposes of this market, "reopening" refers to the actual resumption of port activities and not merely announcements of a future reopening. The primary resolution source for this market is official announcements or statements from the Port Authority of Baltimore confirming the reopening and resumption of operations. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
