Will the next speaker be elected by Oct 20?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the next speaker following Kevin McCarthy's ousting is elected by October 20, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No." For the purpose of resolving this market, unelected or temporary Speakers will not count toward a "Yes" resolution (e.g. Speaker Pro Tempore). The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
