Will The Build Back Better Act pass the House of Representatives by November 19, 2021?

This is a market on whether the U.S. House of Representatives will pass the Build Back Better Act (H.R.5376) before November 19th 2021, 11:59:59 pm ET. This market will resolve to “Yes”, if H.R.5376 has “Passed House” (according to https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/5376), or indicates it has passed the house under the "Actions" tab by the resolution date, and "No" otherwise. Credible news reports will be sufficient if the primary source is not updated by the resolution time. --------------- This bill has been introduced in House on September 27th 2021 and is commonly referred to as the Build Back Better Act. According to Congressional Research Service, this bill provides funding, establishes programs, and otherwise modifies provisions relating to a broad array of areas, including education, labor, child care, health care, taxes, immigration, and the environment.
