Will Stephen King still have a Blue checkmark on 4/21?

On April 20, Stephen King tweeted "My Twitter account says I’ve subscribed to Twitter Blue. I haven’t. My Twitter account says I’ve given a phone number. I haven’t." As of the time of this market's creation on April 20, 2023, the @StephenKing Twitter account retained a Blue checkmark. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Stephen King's Twitter account (@StephenKing) has a Blue checkmark on April 21, 2023, 12:00:00 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be Stephen King's Twitter account (https://twitter.com/stephenking), however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The Polymarket market description may be referenced as memorialization.
