Will Putin and Zelensky meet in person before 2023?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Vladimir Putin meet in person at any point between between September 27, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (11:59:59 PM ET). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". "In person" in particular means not via phone, video chat, etc. The meeting must take place with both men in the same location, at the same time. The primary resolution sources for this market will be president.gov.ua/en, en.kremlin.ru, and/or information from other official webpages and verified accounts from the governments of Ukraine and the Russian Federation, however other credible reporting may also be considered.
