Will PredictIt create a new market by March 31, 2023?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if PredictIt (https://www.predictit.org/) adds a new market which users are able to trade on by March 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Adding new outcomes to already existing markets will not count. If PredictIt launches a new trading platform with at least one new market which accepts users' trades by March 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET the market will also resolve to "Yes". This market cannot resolve to "No" until March 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET has passed. The primary resolution source for this market will be the markets page on PredictIt (https://www.predictit.org/markets/), however a consensus of credible sources may also be used.
