Will Pete Buttigieg say "Climate change" in DNC speech?

Pete Buttigieg is scheduled to speak at the DNC Wednesday August 21. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Pete Buttigieg says "climate change" during his main DNC speech. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". If Buttigieg does not give a speech at the DNC this market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the phrase regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the phrase will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. The resolution source will be the video of the speech.
