This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kamala Harris's acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) is less than 30 minutes in length. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". If Kamala Harris does not give a speech at the DNC this market will resolve to "Yes". The speech length will be measured from the start of when Harris begins audibly speaking on stage during her acceptance speech until the moment she finishes. The resolution source will be the live video of the event.
