Will Ottawa cease to be in a state of emergency before February 22, 2022?

Response to Trader Inquiry: Per market rules, this market only pertains to the City of Ottawa State of Emergency. National and provincial state of emergencies will not be considered for this market. This is a market on whether the City of Ottawa, Canada will cease to be under a state of emergency as of February 22, 2022. If the City of Ottawa is no longer under a state of emergency between February 14, 2022 12:00:00 AM ET and February 21 11:59:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Yes”. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”. Note: If the City of Ottawa announces within the market timeframe it will lift the state of emergency after the market's resolution date, it is not sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes". Note II: if the City of Ottawa ceases to be under a state of emergency within the market timeframe, the market will resolve to "Yes", even if another state of emergency is enacted afterwards. The primary resolution source for this market will be official announcements from The City of Ottawa via their verified internet media pages (https://ottawa.ca/en/news, https://twitter.com/ottawacity, etc.), however credible media sources will also suffice.
