Will Newsom get at least 54% support in his recall election?

This is a market on whether Gavin Newsom, the current Governor of California, will win at least 54% of the vote in his recall election. This market will resolve to "Yes" if 54% or greater vote 'No' on the question (titled 'Recall Question' on CA ballots) 'Shall GAVIN NEWSOM be recalled (removed) from the office of governor.' Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.” Officially reported votes and unrounded percentages will be used. Should the election be canceled or postponed, the market will be postponed until the new election date. Should there be no election by January 1st, 2022 then the market will resolve "No."
