Will Kamala Harris say "Project 2025" during DNC speech?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kamala Harris says "Project 2025" during her DNC keynote speech. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". If Kamala Harris does not give a keynote speech at the DNC this market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the phrase regardless of context of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the phrase will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. The resolution source will be the video of the speech.
