Will Jeff Bezos reach outer space by July 30?

This is a market on whether Jeff Bezos will reach outer space by July 30, 2021. This market will resolve to “Yes” if Jeff Bezos reaches outer space by July 30, 2021, 11:59 PM ET and “No” otherwise. Reaching outer space is defined as the spacecraft carrying Jeff Bezos touching or going above the Karman Line, which is 100 km above Earth’s mean sea level. Note that if the spacecraft goes exactly 100 km above Earth’s mean sea level, the market will resolve to “Yes.” The resolution source will be any credible news reports about the height Jeff Bezos reaches in his spacecraft, and whether he reaches or goes above the Karman Line. In the event of ambiguity in terms of the market outcome, the market will be resolved in good faith at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
