Will it snow in New Yorks' Central Park on Christmas Eve (Dec 24)?

This market will resolve to “Yes”, if the accumulation of new snow observed ("New snow") on December 24th 2021 by the National Weather Service in Central Park Area, NY, is 0.1 inches or higher, and "No" otherwise. The resolution source for this market is NOAA Online Weather Data, published by National Weather Service on their website: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/Climate?wfo=okx. The check will be at 12:00 PM ET December 25. Please note, if "T" appears as the daily snowfall measurement, it means that on that day snow continually melts as it lands and is recorded as a trace (T). If that occurs for December 24 in Central Park, NY - then this market resolves to "No".
