Will Gretchen Whitmer say "Don't give up" in DNC speech?

Gretchen Whitmer is scheduled to speak at the DNC Thursday August 22. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Whitmer says "Don't give up" during their main DNC speech. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". If Whitmer does not give a speech at the DNC this market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the phrase regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the word will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. The resolution source will be the video of the speech.
