Will Gretchen Whitmer say "Democracy" in DNC speech?

Gretchen Whitmer is scheduled to speak at the DNC Thursday August 22. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Whitmer says "democracy" during their main DNC speech. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". If Whitmer does not give a speech at the DNC this market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the word regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the word will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. Compound words will count as long as "democracy" is part of the compound word and references the meaning which refers to a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives. The resolution source will be the video of the speech.
