Will Grayscale win v. SEC?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the District of Columbia Court of Appeals rules the Securities and Exchange Commission was unreasonable in refusing to grant a Bitcoin ETF to Grayscale as a result of the ongoing Grayscale v. SEC case. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If no ruling is issued for this case by December 31, 2023, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US court system, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
