Will Fantano rate Drake's new album a 7 or higher?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Anthony Fantano’s Needle Drop gives Drake’s new album “For all the Dogs” a 7 or higher. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.” The primary resolution source will be https://www.youtube.com/@theneedledrop specifically the description of the video where he rates For all the Dogs. If theneedledrop gives it a non-numeric score, the decentralized resolver UMA will determine whether it translates to a 7 or higher. If he doesn’t rate "For all the Dogs" by Dec 31, 2023 ET, this market will resolve to “No.”
