Will $BTC hit $20k or $30k first?

This market will immediately resolve to “20k” if any Coinbase 1 minute candle for BTC-USD between 23 Feb '23 12:00 and 31 Dec '23 23:59 (inclusive) in the ET timezone has a final “Low” price of 20,000.00 or lower before $BTC hits $30,000. This market will immediately resolve to “30k” if any Coinbase 1 minute candle for BTC-USD between 23 Feb '23 12:00 and 31 Dec '23 23:59 (inclusive) in the ET timezone has a final “High” price of 30,000.00 or higher before $BTC hits $20,000. If no Coinbase 1 minute candle for BTC-USD between 23 Feb '23 12:00 and 31 Dec '23 23:59 (inclusive) in the ET timezone has a final "Low" price of 20,000.00 or lower, or "High" price of 30,000.00 or higher, this market will resolve 50-50. The resolution source for this market is https://www.coinbase.com/, specifically the BTC-USD “Low" and "High" prices currently available at https://www.coinbase.com/advanced-trade/BTC-USD with “1m” and “Candles” selected on the top bar. To see the “Low” and "High" prices, mouse over particular candles and look at the respective values after “L” and "H" at the top of the chart. Please note that this market is about the price according to Coinbase BTC-USD, not according to other sources or spot markets.
