Will Bing suspend its AI chatbot by February 28?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Bing shuts down or suspends its AI chatbot function by February 28, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Any suspension of Bing's AI chatbot function will result in this market automatically resolving to "Yes", regardless of the length of the suspension (outages due to high load will not count). Note: the AI chatbot is currently available to early access users - the chatbot must be suspended for those users for this market to resolve to "Yes" (suspension for only new invitees/people on the waitlist will not suffice to resolve this market to "Yes."). The primary resolution source for this market will be official information Microsoft and/or Bing, however a consensus of credible reporting may be used.
