Will Biden say "Donald dump" at DNC speech?

Joe Biden is scheduled to speak at the DNC Monday August 19. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Biden says "Donald dump" during his main DNC speech. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". If Biden does not give a speech at the DNC this market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the phrase regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the phrase will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. The resolution source will be the video of the speech.
