This market will resolve to "Yes" if a team other than Manchester City, Arsenal, or Liverpool is the 2023-24 Premier League Champion. Otherwise the market will resolve to "No". If it is a mathematical certainty a team other than Manchester City, Arsenal, or Liverpool will win, this market will immediately resolve to "Yes." If it is a mathematical certainty Manchester City, Arsenal, or Liverpool will win, this market will immediately resolve to "No."
