Who will come in 2nd place in the 2021 California recall election?

This is a market on who will come in 2nd place in the recall election for California governor, currently scheduled for September 14, 2021. For the purposes of this market, if Gavin Newsom is recalled (removed) as Governor as a result of this election, he will be considered to have finished in 2nd place. Otherwise, if Gavin Newsom is not recalled (removed) as governor as a result of this election, the 2nd place finisher will be the candidate who receives the most votes. The resolution source will be any official results of the recall election. The brackets are [Gavin Newsom, Larry Elder, Other]. If Larry Elder and another candidate receive exactly the same number of votes, the "Larry Elder" and "Other" brackets will resolve to 50 cents each. If this election is canceled, all brackets will resolve to 33.33 cents. In the event of ambiguity in terms of the market outcome, the market will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
