White House cokehead arrested by July 15?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if anyone is arrested in connection with the bag of cocaine found in the White House by July 15, 2023 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market is official information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used. Note: If the person(s) arrested in connection with the cocaine are later found innocent it will have no bearing on the resolution of this market - this market will immediately resolve to "Yes" if an arrest is made.
