US call for Gaza ceasefire before February?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the US president or the US secretary of state officially call for Israel to establish a ceasefire between themselves and Hamas in Gaza between December 12, 2023 and January 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purposes of this market, calls for a humanitarian pause will not be sufficient to trigger a "Yes" resolution. The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements from the US president or US secretary of state and/or their official representatives.
