Supreme Court votes in favor of Trump absolute immunity?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) upholds Trump's argument for absolute presidential immunity from criminal charges in Trump v. United States (No. 23-939) once its decision on this case is released. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If SCOTUS declines to rule on this case, this market will immediately resolve to "No". If SCOTUS remands this case, sending it back to a lower court, this market will immediately resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market is official information released by SCOTUS, however a consensus of credible reporting and interpretation will also be used.
