Russia announces air truce by September 30?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the Government of Russia officially publicly announces an air truce or ceasefire, or announces a suspension, pause, limitation, or cessation—whether full or partial—of airstrikes, including missile, drone, or aerial bomb attacks, in Ukrainian territory by September 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.” An announcement will qualify regardless of if/when the policy goes into effect. Agreements which are not publicly confirmed by the Russian government will not qualify. The resolution source for this market will be official statements from the Government of Russia.
