On August 5, 2024, Elon Musk filed suit against OpenAI and Sam Altman. You can view a copy of the initial filing here: https://regmedia.co.uk/2024/08/05/musk_v_openai.pdf This market will resolve to “Yes” if it is announced that Elon Musk has reached a settlement with OpenAI and/or Sam Altman over any portion of the "ELON MUSK vs. SAMUEL ALTMAN, et al." (3:24-cv-04722) case by December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”. The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
