This market will resolve to "Yes" if there are more Southwest border encounters in Feb 2024 compared to Jan 2024 (see https://www.cbp.gov/newsroom/stats/southwest-land-border-encounters). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." This market will resolve based on the first report of data for Feb 2024 compared with the Jan 2024 at the time of February's release, regardless of future revisions.
