This market will resolve to "Yes" if there are more Southwest border encounters in Mar 2024 compared to Feb 2024 (see https://www.cbp.gov/newsroom/stats/southwest-land-border-encounters). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." This market will resolve based on the first report of data for Mar 2024 compared with the Feb 2024 at the time of March's release, regardless of future revisions.
