Kamala Harris DNC speech 75-90 minutes?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kamala Harris's acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) is between 75 minutes (inclusive) and 90 minutes (exclusive) in length. The speech length will be measured from the start of when Harris begins audibly speaking on stage during her acceptance speech until the moment she finishes. The resolution source will be the live video of the event.
