Heathrow airport fire foul play confirmed before April?

A fire at the North Hyde electrical substation in Hayes engulfed a transformer late Thursday night, plunging Heathrow Airport into darkness and triggering a full closure that has stranded tens of thousands of travelers (see: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2025/03/21/world/heathrow-airport-power-outage-fire#residents-near-the-burning-power-station-saw-a-massive-ball-of-flame) This market will resolve to “Yes” if definitive evidence confirming the fire at the North Hyde electrical substation involved foul play is released by March 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Statements from the U.K. government indicating that there was foul play will qualify for a "Yes" resolution. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from any U.K. government agency, law enforcement agencies, and courts, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
