Guatemala Presidential Election: Will Edmond Mulet win?

Edmond Auguste Mulet Lesieur is seeking election to the presidency in the 2023 Guatemalan general election, currently scheduled to take place on June 25, 2023. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Edmond Mulet wins the 2023 Guatemalan presidential election. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". This market includes any potential second round. If the result isn't known by December 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET, the market will resolve to 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Guatemalan government (e.g. https://www.tse.org.gt/), however a consensus of credible reporting will also suffice.
