Confederate Memorial at Arlington Cemetery removed by Jan 1?

On Dec 19, a federal judge halted the removal of the confederate memorial at Arlington Cemetery, which was mandated by the Defense Department to be removed by Jan 1, 2024. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the confederate memorial at Arlington Cemetery in Virginia, USA is completely removed by January 1, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US government and Arlington National Cemetery, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
