This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is confirmed that Joe Biden does not attend Kamala Harris's keynote speech at the 2024 Democratic National Convention. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Attendance is defined as Joe Biden's being present in person for Kamala Harris's speech at the DNC. The primary resolution source for this market will be official confirmation from the DNC, Joe Biden, and The White House, or their representatives, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
