2023 Singaporean presidential election: Will Tharman Shanmugaratnam win?

The 2023 Singaporean presidential election is currently scheduled to take place on September 1, 2023. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Tharman Shanmugaratnam wins the 2023 Singaporean presidential election. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If the result of this election isn't known by March 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Singaporean government (e.g. https://www.eld.gov.sg/), however a consensus of credible reporting will also suffice.
