Wyoming launches a USD stablecoin in 2025?

Wyoming announced it will launch a USD-pegged stablecoin. You can read more about that here: https://watcher.guru/news/wyoming-to-launch-state-issued-crypto-stablecoin This market will resolve to "Yes" if Wyoming launches a stablecoin pegged to the US Dollar by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The token must be actively transferrable and/or tradable, announcements alone will not qualify. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the government of Wyoming, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
